Alive and well with the fairy

  It’s been several years now.  Sorry I left everyone hanging.  I suppose you’re wondering what happened to me, or more likely what’s become of Bonnie.  I still have the fairy.  She’s my best friend.  She never did go back to the Fairy Realm and seems content here with me.  She’s doing fine, although we have had some further encounters with other fairies, including her friend Ginny.

I took Bonnie away and we lived with an aunt and uncle while I went to college in another state.  Things worked out okay for my Mom and she didn’t lose the house.  The Unger problem kind of resolved itself.  Most bad people self-implode on their own, in time.  Major Unger’s wife divorced him and tore up the contract he had with my mom in the process.  He was transferred away by the military and has been out of our lives ever since.  Mom has remarried, in the temple, and seems happy.  Even Brian has settled down, he works in construction and is doing surprisingly well.  Reggie went to the same college as I and studied Aerospace Engineering.  He’s turned into a bona fide nerd and has remained a true friend over the years.  Madison and I have had an off and on relationship.  For a while she was my girlfriend and we almost got married.  We keep in touch.  She still tells me what to do.  She’s a good friend too.

You would not believe the adventures Bonnie and I have been through over the years.  I’m thinking of putting together another blog or ebook to tell all about it.  Maybe more than one, I have so much I could tell.   I really appreciate all the advice you all gave during the early days, after I first found the fairy, when I really had no idea what to do with her.  We’ve had such fun together over the years.  I could fill a whole book with stories from our college days.  I got to play a little more football and we had some incredible misadventures on campus.  Life is never dull with a fairy in your pocket.  After college we spent some time travelling around the world.  We made contact with some strange fairies in Wales and had the time of our lives, and almost lost our lives.

Now I’m working as a paramedic/firefighter and I enjoy the excitement.  I have a new girlfriend and I’m thinking things could get serious.  She doesn’t know about the fairy yet, I’m waiting for the right time to tell her.  Not sure how she’s going to take it, but I would never give up my fairy, so I’ve been stalling.  Madison does not approve.  She doesn’t think I should get involved with any girl that I don’t feel comfortable confiding with about the fairy.  But what does Madison know?  Too bad Madison broke up with me, the fairy really really likes her.  Oh well, Madison’s loss.
